Designed for weddings of up to 200 guests, the Pavilion offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed setting where you can gather, celebrate, and create memories surrounded by the beauty of the secluded countryside.
Inside, a statement fireplace framed by a soaring wall of windows fills the space with natural light, creating a breathtaking backdrop for receptions and indoor ceremonies while overlooking our emerging vineyard, flower fields, rolling crop fields, and serene willow pond. Thoughtfully appointed amenities—including a groom’s lounge, prep kitchen, bar area, and indoor restrooms—provide comfort and convenience throughout your celebration. Nearby, the private Bridal Suite at The Gathering Stables offers a peaceful, climate-controlled retreat to get ready, relax, and enjoy those special moments before walking down the aisle.
Step outside to exchange vows surrounded by sweeping views of the vineyard, rolling fields, and open skies, then wander the scenic farm for timeless wedding portraits as the countryside becomes part of your story.

From a complete ceremony and reception to a simple ceremony-only celebration, each package offers a beautiful setting without paying for more space or time than you need.

All wedding packages include access to a dedicated outdoor ceremony site with arbor and white wedding chairs, with an indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather. Depending on your selected package, enjoy private use of The Gathering Stables for getting ready, celebrating, or hosting your intimate reception.
The fully climate-controlled venue features an elegant fireplace, private restroom, coffee/wine bar, kitchenette, and comfortable indoor gathering space, complemented by an outdoor patio with additional seating available. Round and rectangular tables with floor-length linens, white wedding chairs, and their setup and breakdown are included with reception packages, along with convenient guest parking and access to designated scenic areas of the farm for wedding photography.

The Vineyard
Nestled between the Harmony Pavilion and the Willow Pond ceremony site, our growing vineyard creates a breathtaking backdrop throughout your wedding day. As guests make their way from the ceremony to the reception, they'll stroll alongside rows of flourishing grapevines, creating an atmosphere that feels timeless, romantic, and uniquely Ohio.
Today, our vineyard is home to 313 carefully planted grapevines, cultivated for their beauty and agricultural heritage. In the years ahead, these vines will also produce estate-grown wines, adding another memorable element to the SunRay Farms experience.
