Service Description
* Available Monday–Thursday * Eight (8) hours (concludes by 9pm) of exclusive access to SunRay Farms for your wedding, uninterrupted * Dedicated outdoor ceremony site with arbor, with an indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather * Eight (8) hours (concludes by 9pm) of exclusive use of the Gathering Stables Venue, for getting ready, reception, and/or indoor ceremony * Fully climate-controlled indoor space accommodating up to 48 guests, with additional outdoor seating available * Private restroom, coffee/wine bar, and kitchenette * Tables, chairs, and floor-length linens included for your wedding * Setup and taking down of tables, chairs, and linens by SunRay Farms staff * Picturesque farm backdrops for unforgettable wedding photography, with friendly animals in the background * Complimentary photo props and yard games * On-site parking for guests and vendors * No required in-house catering, décor, florals, photography, entertainment, or coordination packages. Choose the licensed and insured vendors who best fit your celebration * Add-ons available — enjoy more and prepare less Add-ons: * Additional hours: Enjoy more time with family and friends on your wedding day * Beautifully designed table and room décor: Center pieces, napkins (black/pink), light fixture and fireplace decorations * Wine glasses * Guided Animal Tour: Enjoy up-close interactions and endless photos snaps with farm animals (up to 5 people per group per hour). Animal treats are included, and if available, you (or your guests) may even take home freshly gathered eggs from the day! * Pond Fishing: Enjoy relaxed, self-guided, catch-and-release fishing at our private pond
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your wedding. A contract is to be signed at confirmed booking. For protection and peace of mind, all weddings must carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, with SunRay Farms listed as an Additional Insured (approximately costs $200). If alcohol is served, host liquor liability coverage is also required. These policies are standard for most wedding venues and are generally simple and affordable to obtain. For the safety of our animals, guests, and your own pets, outside animals or pets are not permitted on the property, except for service animals. For special needs and/or occasions involving animals, please contact us in advance to discuss possible accommodations. Interaction with SunRay Farms animals is permitted only when included in the booked package or add-ons. Animals may not be approached, handled, or fed without staff direction. Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the property due to fire risk around barns and fields.
