Service Description
* Private event space at the Gathering Stables with flexible layouts accommodates up to 48 guests, plus outdoor seating available * Fully climate-controlled indoor space with a restroom and kitchenette (coffee maker and mini fridge included) * Tables and chairs included * Freedom to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations * Complimentary one hour before for setup and one hour after for cleanup * Complimentary photo props and yard games * Ample on-site parking Add-ons: * Additional Hour: Extend your celebration and enjoy more time with family and friends. * Guided Animal Tour: Enjoy up-close interactions and endless photos snaps with farm animals (up to 5 people per group per hour). Animal treats are included, and if available, you (or your guests) may even take home freshly gathered eggs from the day! * Pond Fishing: Enjoy relaxed, self-guided, catch-and-release fishing at our private pond. **Limited-Time Offer: Book a private party/event by August 30, 2026, and enjoy a FREE Animal Tour add-on during your rental time ($100 value). No need to add the Animal Tour add-on during checkout; this promotion will be included with qualifying private event bookings if selected on the booking form.
Cancellation Policy
For the safety of our animals, guests, and your own pets, outside pets and animals are not allowed on the property. Interaction with animals is permitted only when included in the booked package or add-ons. Animals may not be approached, handled, or fed without staff direction. Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the property due to fire risk around barns and fields. All parties and events are booked online by appointment and are nonrefundable. Events take place rain or shine, unless canceled by SunRay Farms due to unsafe or severe weather conditions. Events are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full reserved event duration. We are unable to extend event time for late arrivals. Additional hours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Catering is allowed, but setup, service, and cleanup are the responsibility of the booking party. Please remove all items and dispose of trash properly at the end of your event. Indoor decorations must be venue-friendly and may not involve any methods or materials that could damage surfaces or leave residue (e.g., nails, staples, permanent adhesives). We kindly ask that only temporary, removable decorating methods be used (such as 3M Command™ hooks), and that any decorations attached to venue features or fixtures receive prior approval.
