About the event
Before the holiday hustle takes over, give yourself permission to pause!
Join us for three Saturday mornings focused on self-care, self-connection, and letting go. Enjoy mindful movement, calming breathwork, and relaxation, followed by some heartwarming time with our adorable farm animals (optional: Baby Goat Feed & Cuddle Add-On).
Practice outdoors when weather permits or inside our cozy, climate-controlled Gathering Stables.
Three Saturdays. Three Intentions. One Calmer You. And a Few Furry Friends! 🐐🦙
