Service Description
Make SunRay Farms one of your go-to photography locations with our Farm Canvas Annual Pass. Enjoy five one-hour professional photography sessions throughout the year and take advantage of the farm’s changing seasons, landscapes, flowers, pond, vineyard, woodland, farm scenery, and other available backdrops. Sessions may be booked individually throughout the 12-month pass period or combined for longer sessions, subject to availability. Advance reservations are required. For individual client sessions only. Mini sessions, multi-client sessions, styled/assisted animal sessions, workshops, and commercial events are not included. Add-ons: Guided Animal Tour: Enjoy up-close interactions and endless photos snaps with farm animals (up to 5 people per group per hour). Animal treats are included for your clients, and if available, your clients may even take home freshly gathered eggs from the day!
Cancellation Policy
For the safety of our animals, guests, and your own pets, outside pets and animals are not allowed on the property. Interaction with animals is permitted only when included in the booked package or add-ons. Animals may not be approached, handled, or fed without staff direction. Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the property due to fire risk around barns and fields. All sessions are booked online by appointment and are nonrefundable. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if rescheduling is needed. We cannot accommodate requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive on time with your clients to ensure full use of your reserved session. We are unable to extend session time for late arrivals. Additional hours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The booking photographer is responsible for all communication, scheduling, direction, and flow of their session, including managing their clients’ arrival, conduct, and timing. SunRay Farms does not provide client coordination, posing, or session management. Photographers are responsible for supervising their clients and any children at all times. SunRay Farms is not responsible for unattended children, personal belongings, or client behavior. Photographers are responsible for their equipment and must ensure all gear, props, and lighting setups are safe and non-damaging to the property. Large props, furniture, or structures require prior approval. Drone use is permitted only with prior written approval from SunRay Farms and is subject to a $50 administrative fee. FAA Part 107 certification and proof of liability insurance may be required. Drone flights may be restricted or denied at any time due to animal safety, weather, neighboring properties, or farm operations.
